Thanks
much for your dedication, experience, and expertise. The quality of
the two diamonds that you recommended and that we purchased from
Diamond Wholesale Corporation exceeded our expectations, and the
price was right. We
have had these stones evaluated by two independent gemologists that
confirmed the quality and commented very favorably on the
price.
Indeed,
we were very impressed with your entire service and we highly
recommend your company to anyone who is in the market for a quality
diamond at a great price.

Hello Yael,
May we express to you that we could not be happier
with our stone!? It is
a beautiful cut and a fine example of a quality oval. Our independent appraiser
thinks it to be a beautiful diamond (his specific comments
below). We had shopped
long enough to know what we were looking for and this stone is what
we had hoped it would be.
It's shape is in the exact proportions which we most
desired, and the sparkle is not dimmed by the slight low variance in
depth which you had discussed with us in detail. There was only a small
presentation of the bowtie effect, but we knew to expect this in the
oval cut. Even the
gemologist who conducted the appraisal said that the bow tie effect
here was not at all bad. Most significantly, we knew
this was the right stone for us as we continued to try it out in
several possible settings, and we are very, VERY
pleased!
We are surprised to announce to you that even as this
stone was enroute by FedEx to us, a different web vendor listed OUR
stone for sale at just a few dollars less. They even confirmed this
by email to us personally!
Their response came exactly as this stone was in the sky on
its way to our door. We really learned a lot about the diamond
business in this last month.
But our biggest surprise is that some of the internet vendors
are actually MAGICIANS also!
Wow! (Double
qualifications? :-) Beware the tall black hat and keep a close eye
on the white rabbit inside!
How lucky we are as end consumers. We want you to know
that only you, Yael, spoke in truth 100% of the time, even when that
truth wasn't always putting you in the best "selling"
advantage. There are
many tigers in the jungle out there and I cannot tell you how much
we appreciate being able to trust your judgment and
guidance.
Equally grateful are we for your decision to PASS on
our potential business for the ring setting. We already knew very
specifically the type of setting we wanted and took a serious look
into ordering it online from you. Once again you were exactly
correct, and it would have been a mistake to "eye" a ring setting
without hovering the actual diamond over the potential choices. After a half-day of shopping
and negotiations, we are placing our beautiful oval on a sleek, yet
elegant, platinum Ritani solitaire setting, purchased at and to be
mounted by our local jeweler.
One important aspect of this business for us was to
take the loose stone immediately to a qualified independent
gemologist for the appraisal and valuation. The individual we chose was
one of a very few local AGS-certified CGA (certified gemologist)
appraisers who did not have a vested interest in making us "feel
happy" with the results.
He is not domiciled in a jewelry store and does not have the
potential benefit to, for example, attract us for a future sale such
as wedding bands. His lab is also certified by the GIA. His verbal opinion included
commenting that it is "a beautiful stone, a perfect SI-1, and a
splendid cut.
Most importantly it is the stone we wanted it to be.
Moreover, we know from exhaustive brick-and-mortar shop comparisons
there we could have not purchased this stone without paying at least
$1000 more. (And that is even before the hundreds of dollars in
sales tax we would need to pay, had we not shopped online.) We will
be in touch as we start shopping after a few months for our wedding
bands. We won't even
consider buying online with anyone else now! "The devil is in the
details" and your remarkable personal service was as detail-oriented
and attentive as if we had developed a relationship with a jeweler
in our own neighborhood.
Truly we feel so lucky and blessed to have found you.
Thanks for all you have done.
Sincerely,
Travis & Maureen

than we did in our local jewelry stores despite the fact that, we
could not meet you face to face. Helen and I will remember you
fondly each and every time we look at her left hand for the
rest of our lives.
And
I will think of you fondly every time I see a smile on her lips

Dear
Yael,
Thank you
so very much for your help in obtaining the perfect
diamond.
It
is exquisitely beautiful. I cannot say enough positive things about
your service. First of all, your prices are the best. I scouted for
prices around the Los Angeles and
Orange
County jewelry
districts and many local jewelry vendors. Had I bought the diamond
from any of these merchants, I would have to have paid an average of
$1400.00 more for the same diamond. Secondly, you were so very
patient, pleasant, helpful, supportive, polite, and caring. I truly
felt that you were interested in helping me find the perfect diamond
for this special occasion, rather than selling me any diamond for a
quick buck. Thirdly, you were so very prompt with your responses
along with the delivery of the diamond. I never had to endure
waiting for either of them. I will definitely refer my family and
friends to you for future diamond needs.
Again,
I thank you for your kind and considerate service.
God
bless,

Dear
Yael,
Yael
- I just wanted to take a moment to let you know that Dan and I were
astounded when we saw the diamond. It took my breath away. All I
could say is that I filled up with tears and felt a little guilty
that I was so blessed to have received such a tremendously stunning
diamond.
As
you know, Dan and I live near the New York City Diamond
District. I had the
opportunity to shop around there for a stone. Nothing that I found
came close to the quality and the pricing that I received from DWC.
While I encourage people to shop around, I would highly recommend
that they BUY from YOU. Not only was your service and advice top
notch, but we got a far bigger stone at a much greater quality than
would otherwise be possible.
Diamond
Retail Jewelers - regardless of where they are located - will sell
you what they have in inventory that "comes close" to what you are
looking for as matched to what they have in stock. Your diamond
inventory yields exactly what we are looking
for.
I'll
admit that it took some convincing on my part to persuade Daniel to
take that "leap of faith" and buy a diamond from the internet - but
TRUST US, we both agree that it was WELL WORTH IT and will be for
years to come when I look at my finger. Plus the appraisal we
receive was well over $4,000 US more than we paid for
it!
Thanks
again for the quality service and "THE STONE!!!" I feel very blessed
to have acquired it through you.
I'm
not sure that I will sleep well until it is mounted and on my
finger, but I will try.

Dearest
Yael,
My
search/hunt for a diamond was endless. I am always looking the best
quality at the lowest price. Numerous phone calls & e-mails to
jewelers, internet, e-bay, and I even had some other
connections to direct diamond wholesalers in search of the perfect
diamond for my price range. My husband gave me a budget for the
stone. Since, I love to shop and look for good deals, one of
my searches lead me to your website. Of course, being very
nervous about dealing with internet sales, I was very hesitant.
I read the other testimonials and even e-mailed a number of people.
After speaking with you a number of times, I thought I would go ahead and trust you.
With whomever you deal with you have to take that leap of faith. The
deal you offered me could not be beat by anyone and you assured me
that I could return the stone if not satisfied. I was able to
purchase 2.11 heart shaped stone. The clarity was not the highest
and the color was not the best, but I chose the clarity &
color. The cut was spectacular. When I received the stone, I
could not believe how beautiful it was. It was more radiant and
sparkly than my higher clarity/color diamonds. Thanks for all your
time and expert knowledge in helping me pick the perfect diamond for
me and keeping within my budget. The stone was taken to the Tampa
Gem Lab and it appraised for over 7,000 more than I purchased it
for. I would definitely purchase another stone from you.
Thank
you and God bless you,

We just went and got them
