There were many aspects which contributed to what was unquestionably the most enjoyable and satisfying internet purchase I have ever made (and I have made MANY) –

Responsiveness – I received Patrick’s initial follow-up ‘phone call to discuss my requirements literally within minutes of my casual email enquiry; having gained an understanding of what I wanted, he then followed up with promised pricing and detailed guidance information, again within the hour. This was compelling.

‘Can Do’ Attitude – I demanded ridiculously tight deadlines, and a rather convoluted(!) delivery plan. You made it happen. Simple as that.

Communication – being based in the UK, I was somewhat wary of making such a purchase remotely. Through frequent, clear and pro-active communication from start to finish (and beyond!), you quickly instilled total confidence that the goods would be of the highest quality, and – most importantly – that they would arrive on time. They did, and they are... absolutely stunning.

Customer Service – my over-riding feeling throughout was that I was the important one in the transaction, not DWC... that securing my complete satisfaction was what really mattered to you. And I’m happy to say that you achieved this with style.

Experience – I felt I was in very safe hands! You anticipated all the questions and the potential issues, and managed them out of the equation early.

Fun – far from this being another faceless, electronic ‘click and pray’ exercise, all our exchanges (by both telephone and email) were individual, personal – and appropriately humorous! The whole experience of working with you was a delight.

In fact, I’m a little sad that the transaction is complete! However, DWC Inc. is now firmly within my ‘Favorites’ list, and I will be back. 100%.

After extensive research I purchased an engagement ring from a wholesaler. When my fiancée and I started the search for an engagement ring, for what would be for both our second marriage, we were much wiser (being in our 40’s and both being experienced business professionals) and we were not prepared to let the romantic, emotional side takeover and do something silly like pay the exorbitant prices asked by retail stores.
